I don't have any more characters

    the problem started after the last update, I couldn't start the game at all, I tried with the new client and the new luncher a few times and it still didn't work, in the end I managed to start the game with the new luncher and the new client but on the servers in Europe I don't have any more characters, could this have happened?

    Make sure you are on the correct server. I believe you are logged into arsha and this specific channel has level restrictions. Switch to one of the other channels and see if everything is back to normal. If not, leave your family name and I will take a look.

    Were you from NA? If so, close the game and change the region to NA on the flags next to the Start button.

    There is only one character and it is on NA. I checked your hwid and there is another account with EU characters on it. Send me a private message and I will help you.
