problems with smartguard

smartguard has decided to close the game session. (event ID: 403/2)
the problem occurs after entering the character, during loading

 

Has this happened in the past before? Is this a new issue? Can you provide a full screenshot of the error message? Try:

• Clearing game cache
• Force Checking the game
• Flushing DNS
• Clearing computer cache
• Running system file check
• Using VPN

sometimes it turns out to enter the game, after a while it gives an error and the game closes. sometimes it even fails to enter the game and immediately gives an error

 

Have you tried the solutions listed?

 

everything except vpn, but I don't think that this will solve the problem
