Solved stuck in select server tab and crashed

hi, i have a problem. my game stuck in server select and crashed every i selected the server
already check my ping and force check still got nothing

Are you guys trying to log in a different channel than logged before? Because the 15min cooldown still counts if you close the game. You have to get back to the channel you were before.
For real connection issues, navigate to the following destinations and delete all in:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO
C\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GamezBDO

 

i did that and still having the same problem

 

its working, but i got another problem. i got super delay every i grind, even no rto ping and under 30ms

 

Well, we had some connection issues with data center on past days, but it's fixed now.
I've solved another topic stating the same and the workaround given above worked.
Have you guys tried to connect with a VPN to check if the error still happens or if it's your connection? Have you guys tried to reset the router and/or IP?
