Season Character Deleted Without My Permission

First of all, hello, as I mentioned in the title, my season character with my PEN items was deleted without my permission. I noticed this when I got into the game. The day before it was deleted, I deleted my Guardian character and created Ranger. However, before I wiped it, I left all my belongings except my weapons in the Velia storage. All my accessories were PEN, 3 pieces of armor TET and one of them was DUO. I also texted Kolka via Telegram, but I think it would make more sense to post a thread on the forum. Thank you.

 

So were they in the storage or on your character? You said that you left everything except the weapons in your velia storage But then you also say that they were deleted on your season character. Furthermore, the given equipment wouldnt make you eligible for early graduation. Maybe all season tuvala is deleted once the season character is deleted. Idk man

 

As I mentioned, I deleted my Guardian because I wanted Ranger to grind better. Before I deleted my Guardian, I stored every single item into Velia storage and after that I created my Ranger. All my gear was on my Ranger. After morning, when I woke up, my Ranger was completely gone. I was shocked and I tried to create another season character if it was a bug or not, and I created it successfully... As I said, I did nothing wrong and I am the victim here. They can look into logs or whatever else.

 

So i would be correct in assuming that the guardian was your original season character and was deleted before you graduated? And you managed to create a second season character (Limited to one season character per season. And on retail you cant make another if its deleted. Dont know if its different on here) which is the ranger you found deleted this morning. The thing I'm kind of stuck on here is how you managed to create two season characters.

 

Dude, I deleted my Guardian because you cannot create 2 season characters. That's why I deleted my Guardian because I was bored of her. I created Ranger and transferred my items, after morning, my ranger was deleted for no reason, I didn't even click to delete.

 

And I believe Kolka has already told you that we have no option to recover characters nor the items that were deleted along with them.

 

i have same probleme with my season character tuvala gear, my gear left, all tuvala gear is gone ! i don't know why can u tell me how we can get it back if u know ?

 

You can only create one season character EVERY SEASON. If you delete your ONE season character for that specific season, you shouldnt be able to create another one.
