I need the second and third NPC .. where abouts are them ???

Gormin (Island Residents) - Gormin is the General Goods Vendor of Sycraia Underwater Ruins.
Shiela (Island Residents) - A child born and raised on Iliya Island. Shiela spends most of her days out in the ocean because she loves swimming. She swims better than most adults. However, she's not so skilled in catching fish or gathering seafood. If you ask her the secret to being a good swimmer, she'll say that you should always stretch and warm up before jumping into the water.

Talk to the wharf manager Anax at the entrance to the crow's nest before heading to the Sycraia underwater ruins. I don't remember exactly but I got this information from him. Don't forget to get 10 balenos meal.
