Running Client Error

    I agree, but i unfortunately i tried to get 3 of my friends to play on the GamezBD server as well and only 1 of them managed to download the game within 5 days, we dont have decent internet by far, so when we turn on the monitor in the morning to see if we managed to download and it says "torrent error" or the launcher closes on its own its pretty frustrating.

    We unfortunately can't help you with bad connection. In that case you need to be patient until it's downloaded even if it takes a while. I know it can be frustrating... :(
    If the download was completed properly and you followed the instructions step by step it should be working fine. If it still doesn't work I can only assume that it is because of one of the most common issues. Have you made sure to set exceptions for the game to your antivirus and firewall?

    hi, we hadnt tried that (exceptions on the firewall/antivirus) with any of them but one of them managed to download the game on the 5th day(the one that plays now), the other one downloaded the client after the 2nd day of not working but had some error(sorry cant recall the details) and the other one gave up on day 5 of trying to install via the launcher

    Try to download the game following the instructions and set exceptions for it to your antivirus and firewall. If you still have an error that blocks your game to run properly please make a screenshot and send us a message with as many details as possible included. Please ask your friends to do the same and we will be here to guide you to the solution.

    aye, i can play without any problems the other 2 friends(since 1 managed to download and play after a while) are the ones that cant play, imna ask them to try it again and cross my fingers that it works, thx for the help ^^ nd sorry for stealing the thread Ryakuzen

    We will have our fingers crossed too and if this isn't enough, tell them to contact somebody from staff or simply make a new thread with their issue.
