A search on the forum leads to threads asking the question, but no specific answers posted... Oddly, most of the stuff in the game is self explanatory IF you actually read. But, this isn't the case.
Is there a Guide/Directions to the appropriate settings?

So, for clarification.
Is the looting options set to;
Free Looting, Order looting, Random Looting or Party Leader acquisition?
And
Is the Party Distribution set to;
Check/Uncheck, the Minimum Price? Or to a specific entered value?
As well as.
Check/Uncheck, the Grade to;
Not Yet Set, Green, Blue Yellow or Red grade?

My understanding is when it is set up correctly. Is the payout is sent to you Black spirit safe or Mail??

 

I think you'll need to be in a party of more than 1 people. Should have a special deals options in looting.

 

We've tried with party of two and three players. Nothing distinctive pops up....

Special Deals will instantly sell the item when in a Party. You need to set the rarity to minimum green and check the box to activate it, don't forget that you must be close to each other, if someone is out of the range the signal will be weak and the items will be send to your inventory.
To collect the silver, open your Black Spirit Safe.
Remember that the value of 75% is for weekend events only.
