Big problem after update

Hi,

something bad and strange happened: i grinded before the update some hours in orc camp, got items so i can upgrate my ring into 3% more critical hit and made about 500 million. Now after the update, they are all lost like it never happened. In my marketplace isnt 7,8 billion, only 7,3 billion, my upgrated tungrad ring lost the 3% critical hit, instead i have all ressources like in the morning before i grinded. It is like it didnt saved, that i grinded and upgrated my tungrad ring. How can i fix this?
I sold some things and upgrated one unimportant weapon and consumed it to a fail stack: now i have this weapon back. All things i did this morning are like they never happened.
Pls help

 

lol i think something went wrong so they reverted back some time on the servers. i started playing last night and after this maintenance my character was deleted :c

 

I wrote in my guild: they have those problems, too. The compansation is not enough: about 3 hours in orc camp grinding is lost: 1 loyality hammer isnt enough. A 100 failstack though ...

Eddit: i got 100 cron stones from advanture black spirit, lost too (just played again: only 25 caphras)

Bug maybe. Hopefully they recover our lost items and progress.

Whats sad is i’m a new account so ive only played for like maybe 6-9 hours the rollback reset my account from everything and i dont get the compensation cause its considered empty xD

PS: now i see i lose my progress for about 13 hours. come on.... i grinding 4h for nothing? for what i spend my 4 hours to grind? for nothing?

 

thx for explain what is the sittuation. but in my case (and maybe isn't only my case) one js doesn't represent something(not for me). we lose tons of silvers, items for what we put preorders,luck to enchanting or breeding t10,rare drops (like part of merchant ring - just example). now i'm ok with that bcs i know this can happen to anyone. whatever thx for your time and have a nice day

One hammer is a joke, I got pen distortion earring, pen capotia and set of dice boxes which turned into 4bil income not to mention how many mats did I gather. I bet that nothing will be recovered. But becouese of programmer mistake we shouldn't be punished like this.
