Miniature elephant quest bug?

    Hey
    I have problem, im trying to do miniature elephant quest to get adventure log but i cannot
    NPC called Sarazad told that i need to buy villa insted of using Secret book of old moon to get next quest
    But the problem is that i bought that shutaku's villa even twice :V I just can't obtain that quest when i have old moon active, is there any way to do this insted of waiting till this book will expire?
