failed to connect

downloaded and verified everything, game starts, but when i press "start" it shows "now processing" tab and then "failed to connect" tab

 

You sure you've added every exception needed?
Try the following:
• Restart your modem/router;
• Disable ping reducer softwares and proxies running in the background;

• Log in gamezbd.net and go to characters, choose the character you think may be stuck and then rescue.
