Solved Missing season Tuvala Earrings reward?

Hi guys,

I've hit 61 on my seasonal character but i haven't gotten the pen tuvala earrings that my character is supposed to received at 61?

I've checked all my other characters for it
Thoroughly checked every single tab of "y"
Tried relogging/restarting comp, any suggestions?

That link isn't live on Gamez, that's current season on retail.

Also, he's referring to the free Tuvala ear and ring you get for leveling to 60 and 61 respectively I believe. The PEN ear/Ring. You still get them, I can't remember the way you do receive them though. I thought it was through rewards as well (Y) but I can't recall.

Have you finished the Mediah questline? You might not be able toget them until after that and you hit 61

 

Yes, it is through the Y and I do remember having to finish Mediah as well.
@jamli652 let us know if you finished Mediah quest line, which is required to finish a lot of Season tasks.

 

Have same problem. lvl 61 striker, finished media, I already exchange the naru gear for Tuvala. But that tet ring can't be claimed.

 

Hmmm, I hate to say it guys but just check again. It sounds like human error (no disrespect at all)

Try logging in and out and check rewards window.

Look, it's in grey, can't click on it. lvl 61, sea.server, Media completed, Naru exchange done. Yesterday I recheck gamefiles because I was having issues with some textures, so yeah, i don't know what else can I do from my side.

 

This has been fixed before, but I'm going to forward this to @Kolka so he might take a look and see if there's anything bugged again.

 

Oh I was reading:

I didn't see that you said you can't claim it but can see it. Hopefully Kolka can give you a fix, that's very strange. @jamli652 did you go back and look again? It should be there in rewards. I wonder if his is also greyed out.

 

Hi guys,

So i've hit lvl 62 on my seasonal character now
-i've completed the story up until valencia 2 -- i have the rented gear on
-I've claimed the pen tuvala ring for hitting level 60,
-the moment i hit level 61 i tried to claim the earring but couldn't find it.
I have tried:
-restarting my PC
-scouring through my Y tab very carefully
-checking my mail
-relogging
-check my other characters in case i had accidently claimed it

Let me know if you have any other advice

 

So, this is not a bug, but the time to retrieve this reward has ended. That said, I've already talked to our Dev Kolka and they will make a patch to fix it.

Same here, this patch solved the problem. Got both the ring and the earring (lvl61 atm).
