Weird graphic glitch

After i followed this optiization guide ( https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cyLaDiPL_B6nOZw_qPE_wOGuoeRT-qddTjevTFoFBkg/view ) , on the minor tweaks about the textureless-looking part, with the same settings as used in the guide i get this weird result posted on the attachments.

Anyone have an idea of what could cause it?

I tried also to change drivers with DDU, and to mix some panel settings too but the result doesnt change.

 

You changed the LOD too much. You need to reset the settings you changed in Nvidia Inspector to the defaults and don't go so extreme when changing the LOD.

 

Since this problem is caused by all changes made by you, I would recommend you to undo those or try the tip given above.

 

But on the other hand.
See what amazing possibilities it offers in PVP.
You can see everything like through the walls, nothing distracts you.
No clouds, butterflies, hopping bunnies ......

 

the issue is still there even if i put only +0.125 to the LOD setting

 

i found out that this issue is happening whenever there is something that can be interacted with eg. loot on the ground, npcs, tent, mount, etc, but NOT with gathering items. i dont know why interaction would cause this issue tho
