Solved [Problem] Fairy Sprouting

Hello, I can't sprout my fairy for some arcane unknown reason. I tried sprouting when it was t3 max level and it said "This Faity cannot undergo Metamorhposis".
Restarted the game, tried Sprouting and it said I had to Rebirth, so I did (changed her persona tho, so not to lose levels) and it still says I have to rebirth. I spent pearls to get the Rebirth item, and if this doesn't work, then I'd really like to either get them back or get this problem fixed

 

Hmmm, seems unlikely that there's a problem with the GamezBD version, of this part of the game, since most -if not all- other players have gotten their Fairy's, and had no troubles doing what they should be able to do with them.

So I would advise you to do the most simple thing to check your game;
1. Shut down game and Launcher
2. Restart Launcher and go to Launcher Settings
3. Choose Force-Filecheck and wait for the check to complete
4. When it finishes go into Launcher Settings and click Save
Now you can run the game as you always do, and everything should be working fine.

IF there are still problems;
1. Shut down game and Launcher (there might be an update)
2. Go to your ThisPC\Documents\GamezBD folder, and delete the usercache and temp folders
3. Go to your username\AppData\Local\GamezBDO folder and delete all the contents
4. Start Launcher (update will start automatically), at the end go into Launcher Settings and click Save

 

Thanks for the answer, but in the end I just reset the fairy and releveled it again and it was fixed. This was a bug tho, in retail you can sprout the fairy once it reaches max level, but here I couldn't.
