Micro-Stuttering at Random Times

Hello, I am facing micro stutters in game while grinding (most noticable) and also during normal activity. The drops appear to be normal and is linked with GPU usage, at times when the stutter occurs the GPU usage goes sharply for a second and the game stutters.
I have tried all possible ways to fix this stuttering:
1. Reformatting Windows 10
2. Roll back updates for windows
3. Nvidia Driver roll back 3 times (currently using 466.27) also tried 466.77, 472.12, 471.96
4. Changing Nvidia and Game settings.
My PC config:
CPU: i7 7700k
GPU: RTX 2070 SUPER
RAM: 16 GB 3200mhz.
Sadly, the stuttering is not fixed as of yet. If anyone can help.
Also the stuttering didn't happen before, I don't remember how it started but it started 2 weeks ago. i played BDO for 1 year now and didn't happen before with me. Thanks

 

Some people say that unchecking every "Auto Arrange" option in the inventory solved it for them, which changes did you do in Nvidia settings?
Also, did you try to disable Hyperthreading?

 

Yes I am going to try that now. also I am going to uncheck all storage auto arrange too.
also I have tried disable hyper threading in game launcher doesn't fix it.

 

i tried every settings in NVCP like vsync power modes. but it didnt fix it. also tried the auto arrange

 

Try a Force Check to see if there's any missing file or bad cache, Force Check will fix it.
I don't believe it's your conf because I have basically the same conf as you have and it runs just fine here.
Aside the Win11 update, don't downgrade your system because you may encounter compatibility issues with Smart Guard if the OS is not up to date.

 

I tried re-downloading the entire game and also force checking it. it doesn't fix the stutters sadly. also the only know fix is locking the fps to 60. I am gladly waiting for another.

 

You got a point, my FPS is locked at 60 because I play in 4k, so beyond that has no meaning.
Since this is not a problem related to the game itself but more to hardware and such, I'll move your thread to questions and let it open, so anyone interested might give their thoughts.
