Game Closes

Hello guys.

I need help with the client.

I'm not sure if there are updates I was missing. I'm able to create my character, but upon her entering the server it closes.

Then it was giving me some error that says, "Can't find this in your folder" like from bins. Feels like I was missing a patch or some parts. I did download the client through torrent.

Is there a way I can repair them or redownload the missing patches through the launcher? Or do I need to redownload the whole game through the launcher itself?

I did see this first - then I looked over and found a splash.zip and put it in the SmartGuard folder in gamezbdo launcher.


then when I attempt to log in, just to observe, I see this message about maintenance. I'm not sure if the server is doing maintenance? Not sure if it's just my client or the server is really under maint.

 

Yeah, we had maintenance to deploy some hotfixes for the last update.
If you still having issues, open Launcher Settings and choose "Force Check", wait for the game to repair.

 

Sorry for the delay in my reply @Chiclete. All is good now. I restarted my system to make sure other background apps closed, as well, and make sure my launcher is up to date. Seems to be working fine right now. Thanks for giving me a resolution with the Force Check as well.
