Solved I cannot perform an early graduation for my season character

So I have completed all the spirit pass quests and claimed thier rewards.
Fughar does not provide the option, "...i want to graduate..." when I talk to him, in fact i cant even chat with him.
Am I missing any requirements or is this a bug?
(I did the timepiece quest on an other season character, which I deleted with the timepiece in the invetntory and now it seems like i cannot do the quest anymore)

 

It's simply that early graduation hasn't been implemented yet. You have to wait a while, maybe a few months.

 

If I am not mistaken, I gradueted my main char early

 

Early Graduation is not available yet and there's no ETA as of we speak.
