Completed season, used timepiece, can't eqiup gear

As the title states:

I completed the season and got the gear I wanted to PEN. I did the graduation quest and got the time piece and had to make a new character in order to transfer everything across.

However, I'm unable to equip any of the armor, the coupons to convert the weapons can't be used either.

Can I get some help with this please, as I spent the last 2 days hard grinding all the story quests and enchanting the gear so I can move it to the normal servers and play with a friend.

I also haven't received any rewards for completing the season, IE a coupon to redeem a seasonal item ect.

 

When you use the time piece, you convert your non seasonal chracter into seasonal and previous seasonal character become normal, but its not graduation u dont get anything more other than weapons change scrolls u need to transfer all your tuvala gear to your new converted character and use change scroll convert old weapons in suitable ones for your new character. Then you can do graduation on new character but be awere ur quest progresion dont carried on the new/converted character.

 

Valonreijk, you misunderstood what ThatDisguise means. ThatDisgusise had the same problem with me. We did all the main quests, the seasonal pass, Fughar's Timepiece, and all the equipment to PEN. Fughar's NPC didn't show up on the final quest (Graduation quest), even the Seasonal Gift Exchange Coupon is not in the inventory. The main point is, is the quest struck? Or it's just a bug? Or has to wait for the 'seasonal' soon to end so that the graduation quest will appear?

I seek help no one reply (thanks ThatDisguise for the post so that I got the chance to rise up my question) and I ask Carl but he ignores me. I totally don't know who to ask anymore.

 

I am sorry to misunderstanding, what I learned from my guild is that you cant graduate right now, but it will be available soon.(also u cant gradute if u have time piece in your inventory). Unfortunately

 

What is that mean 'you can't graduate if you have time piece in your inventory'?

I already used my Fughar's Timepiece, no more on my old character inventory, my new character already a seasonal character, nothing inside in her inventory (just rubbish stuff).

So you mean, the quest is not struck, not a bug, just unavailable because the seasonal not yet ended and we have to wait till the time ends so that the quest will appear? I remember my previous Seasonal I did everything, no one announce that the seasonal end tomorrow, end up when I back home, everything has gone. This time I learn my lesson, I don't drag, once done, do it quickly but then no quest appears. I was worried my hard work gone like last time. You confirm this is normal, not a bug, the quest will appear once the seasonal soon ends?

 

Its not in bug and it will appear soon u can check the end of season date on black spirit pass. when u use time piece ur new season charater doent have any thing new in its inventory u need to manuelly move tuvala gear and tranformation scrolls from your old character to new one ( u can use storage on cities ) in order to equip it . also u can check this post for information but graduation date is TBA (https://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezbd-iv-season.238523/)

I remember the previous seasonal the date was kinda different (not the actual date). Does this time really end on the 1st of March?

 

Yes, as long as they dont announce new date in the feature?
