Can't see snow anywhere???

I know this is a purely cosmetic problem, but I think it's a cool look. I have tried matching every setting to my clanmates who can all see snow on the ground or see it snowing in towns, but no matter what town I'm in there is no snow anywhere cept for the piles around the decorations. Can someone please tell me what I'm missing, of what I have set incorrectly to see snow.

There is no in game setting that effect the weather in game so you dont missing any setting things. I also had the same issueand I solved it by formating my pc but still sometimes my game just refuse to change weather effec and stuck with sunny weather(restarting my pc solve this but still occur sometimes). So I would like to ask do you see any weather effect like rain in your game ? If yes just updating or installing older version of graphic card driver will solve the issue( clean installisation). If you didnt do it I highly suggesting it , it might solve your issue. No one know 100% what cause this bug though.

 

Just wanted to add to this thread, since it is Far from neccessary to reformat your whole Operating System, in order for one game to work properly.

Usually you can make the game work, by just follwing the simple Force-File Check, delete the Appdata folder, and/or just Reset your Settings in-game. That actually works a lot better than having to try re-installing the game, or reseting your entier OS.
