    Hello all ,
    Returning player here after 1 year.
    Been playing now for almost 2 weeks again , and i noticed something really strange .
    For some reason almost all the monsters are giving me a debuff that is -25% attack/casting speed .
    Before returning to play , i never had this debuf from any monsters .
    Is this something new on gamez?
