    Hello did forgot password on my account but the password what i get never works? i write my username correctly n the password what is given to me

    Have you been patient, and waited for over 30 minutes, after receiving the email with the new password, before trying to access your account?

    It usually works, if you aren't in a hurry, and spamming the "send new password" button.
    Have you managed to gain access yet?

    So? Did it work or not?

    If you haven't spammed the "send new password" button, and taken it easy before trying to use it, things should work just fine.
