I can't move after the mob stun me a few seconds(4-6 sec)

You should definately have edited this thread, I almost didn't answer this because I expect people, to minimally write in the "write here" section. It is just Very lazy to me, and having no video to see what you are talking about either, doesn't make this thread worth much.

Maybe try again? Add some text, explain where you are, which monsters are applying this combat effect to you, and how often. It would just be SO much easier to help, if you added a video of what is happening

Use the windows-inbuilt video-recorder: WIN-key+G
That let's you record backwards in time up to 30 secs

 

When the state animation is running, I can't move for a few seconds. Any combinations or keystrokes do not work. Writes "Pleas try again in a moment"

 

Right here is when you get stunned, it lasts less then 2 secs.

The other two (perhaps three) times, you get pushed back, which again lasts only about 2 secs.

I am not sure how this is Several seconds? A couple of seconds, yes, I would even agree to a few seconds, if it is up to three seconds. But Several seconds, sounds as if it is lasting up to 8-9 seconds. If you go to the Cadry Ruins, with a character that isn't geared through the ears, you will experience what it is, to be bound/frozen/shocked (or whatever cause we ain't got access to the Combat logs), for up to 4-5 seconds. Now that feels like it takes forever
