Can we do something about this?

Short story.
Shining powder is required to create stones

You get shining powder randomly by doing alchemy.
However we dont have enough crafters that do alchemy, therefore we dont have shining powder > we dont have stones > we cant upgrade stones because there are not enough materials to create them > alchemy stones are really hard to get.

Please give us more shining powder somehow, you could make them drop from bosses/mobs, you could increase the chances to get shining powder by x10 or increase the chances to upgrade the stones so we wont need that much. There is simply not enough shining powder, because the rate we acquire them is low and upgrade chances are like retail.
The shortage is massive and is not going anywhere unless you change it, there wont be more crafters after patch because hadum spots are more profitable and better to grind and there will be even more spots worth to grind after patch.
Please look into the problem before it becomes crippling with more players on the server, thank You.

 

what is the use of this stone actually? interested to know

 

when equipped and activated it gives bonus stats, there are 3 main variety: purple for ap, green for life skill, and yellow for dp - the stones give an assortment of beneficial stats regarding their classifications like attack speed for the AP ones, and reduced cooking time or alchemy time for the green ones. higher teir stones are VERY difficult to make and give a substantial boost when active. i hope this helps - if anyone spots something I explained incorrectly or wants to add to this please feel free <3 want to give accurate information !
