HEEEELP！！！Game crashed when choosing character

And I'm sure my network & client all correct.(I‘ve try to login another accout，all ok)
My family name：BigBad
Before the first crash.
I'm ongoing the quest , about 16/50 monsters:

Then I try to switch to season character,
suddenly the crash happen,
and I can not login this account anymore

I really like how you added all this extra information, could have been useful. However I think that all you need, is to run through the "Fixing most Problems/Errors" guide: https://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/fixing-most-problems-errors.238741/

Once you have done the first 5 steps, you should be up and running without any further problems.

Although there might have been a small problem, updating your characters position on the server, which means that you might be able to fix this, by logging into the GamezBD Website: https://gamezbd.net/ , and using the "unstuck" option for the character in question.
