BDO - Reset password -

Hello I forgot my password to connect to my email address :
(supernova_92@protonmail.com).
On the site I choose forgotten password, I do not receive the email to "Reset" the password of my account.
I checked my email for spams etc.

Maybe u use different email. I never had trouble with that. I reseted my password more times.

the password reset is REALLY NOT WORKING. please don't comment wrong infos.

anyways, need help please. a friend of mine wanted to get back to BDO and he can't seem to get his password reset. NO MAIL is being sent to the email even tho it says a confirmation email has been sent. this is a MAJOR issue needs to be addressed if you guys want to keep your playerbase.

 

i have to reset my password too. i tried logging in but i can't remember my password. now i am not getting any confirmation email as well. any help please?

now i am honestly VERY VERY pissed. i am not sure what kind of a scam gamez is at this point. stupid fucking website won't take my password. it says my password is wrong but it is NOT. NO ONE has my info. NO ONE uses my computer. why does the web won't take my password? wtf is happening? FIX THIS
