[Everfrost] Endless pockets [BUG] ruins the entire quest chain

Unable to complete quest
After talking with the NPC Rites of the Avetsha Falcon, Lando begins to teleport every frame in two positions, without the possibility of completing the quest.

I restarted the quest 7 times, threw away the gun, and changed the channel, nothing helps
this will ruin the entire main chain quests [Mountains of Eternal Winter]

This is the quest in question right?
Is there anyway you could please add a video, perhaps by using the in-built video recorder for windows (press Winkey+G)?
It just seems strange since I have completed this quest quite a few times now, never had a problem with it though. So in order to see what is actually happening, it would be very useful to include some video for proof.
