You have to make a Bug Report (https://forum.gameznetwork.com/forums/bug-reports.404/), and remember to add some video of what is happening. You can upload videos to a free video-share, as long as you do not make your videos public, then it should work out. You can make videos with the in-built game-box feature in windows 10/11; Win key + G, the game needs to be running, and you select the "this is a game" and record 30 sec. options, and then from then on you can always record the last 30 seconds, of whatever has happened in the game, and post it/edit it/show it off
