Can log into forum / website with current information but not game client

What's the deal with this? I'm logged into my account with the same information, When I try to log into the client it tells me incorrect username or password. I've tried restarting the client, force checking it multiple times and I've even tried changing my password. Think it's dumb we can't change our email I deleted it years ago. Has ANYONE figured out what the issue is here? or how to solve it? I had over 100k pearls, I've spent irl money on coupons for swapping gear to other toons, I've paid for premium for many months, I don't want to start all over...

 

Even though I changed my password I did my old one and got in after some time...

 

I can't use forgot email on any of my emails to login to the website, haven't tried the client yet. What's going on?
