    Go to your NcSoft Launcher/File/Settings/Advance/Set region to North America/ Click OK/And just do a Repair.

    cant go to siel server after server shut down,,, why?

    Try to disable your Ping Reducer program, if your using one, it sometimes interferes with GamezAion when they go down.

    - Did you try to delete all your Ping Reducer Programs on your computer? - Are you using a bat Launcher? Just use the regular GamezAion Launcher...

    This means your char is stuck, Login Gamez site/User CP/Unstuck Player Request. Don't Login your char or it wont work, and just wait for the next...

    Maybe you put the item.pak in the wrong folder, remember put it in NcSoft/Aion/Data/Items
