İtems are vanishing on marketplace​

Bug Description:

If I put an item into the marketplace it vanishes without pay first II lost like 200 caphras that wasnt a problem at all but After I put in my PEN Bheg for sale its just gone first i thought someone immedietly bought it bbut no pay etc it just vanished​

How to reproduce/proof:

just put a lot of items in the marketplace it happened twice to me today i guess after trying to relist multiple times​

 

There's a 15min cooldown before valuable items being displayed or sold. Wasn't that the case?
