    Obviously its 10, as you always do either the "times" or "divide" first, then continue with the rest of the equations.

    So it would turn out to be:
    10 + (10 x 0)
    = 10 + 0
    = 10

    in my own sense of calculating, 0 is still my answer! 10 + 10 x 0 = ZEEEEEEERRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOO

    yea your smart about BODMAS or PEMDAS or it depends on form of the angle or whatever you know! but if you notice about the problem, it comes like this

    10 + 10 = 20 x 0 = 0
