10 minutes to regenerate Ultimate?

    Since Update today you don't gain Rage from killing Mobs anymore. The regeneration is really low and takes 10 minutes for 100%. Is it like this on Retail?
    I feel like it is way too low and should be at least buffed by 400%.

    This is what i saw today as well... the rage fills up slowly but if you get attacked or if you kill mobs you don't get any... thats a really bad feature :<

    On retail its the same way. But it ticks up faster. If it would be double as fast it would be perfect. Rage skill spam was no fun to begin with. But this now is too slow.
