+10 Stigmas

Why some stigmas got +10 enchant, and some doesn't ?

The +10 stigmas you got was either enchanted or because of the update recently that went the stigmas to get enchanted automatically to +10. The newly opened stigmas on the box doesn't automatically enchant to +10 thus, you have to enchant it manually with Stigma Enchantment Stone.

Go to a stigma master to equip your chosen stigmas.

for me ,since the last update, all my older characters are no stigma (so no stigma skills)
what can i do for have it again, i see the stigma master but i have not the item stigmain my inventory to equip it and i don't know who to have it again (i can't find the stigma seiler to buy the different stigma)
before the update all my characters can use the stigma skills

You can buy it from http://gamezaion.com/ Miscellaneous>Other>page 2 and you can see there the Stigma Box selling for 1 credit.
