17 billion missing since update

I don't usually like reporting these kind of things (since everyone now knows my business), but seventeen billion is just too much; especially since I worked so hard (selling medals, crafted gear etc.) to get it.

Yesterday I reported this to a gm, and he assured me it was a possible server side bug.

I agree.

I was lucky enough to have found a recent screenshot from one of my transactions at the broker in Reshanta twelve hours before yesterday's update.

If I had lost two or five billion I would have been surprised but okay, however, seventeen billion is too much. If any of the gms can in some way help me recover my lost kinah I would be very grateful.

My username is the one I use now. My main character is Mycerinus (Elyos) on Siel.
