Show us the NCsoft\Aion folder, not NCWest\NCLauncher.

This occurs when the launcher was installed or put in the wrong folder. It happens to me every time I install the gamez launcher (unless I manually change it) because the default destination folder of the launcher is C:\Program Files\NCsoft\Aion but I have my Aion installed in my D drive (the rest is as is) because that's where I put all my games.

But then, I might be completely wrong. I would compare your Aion folder to mine if I had my computer but I'm away from home and I don't have Aion installed here thus no Aion folder to inspect.

(I actually should have noticed from the start cause your Aion folder was obviously missing sub folders but oh well, I would have told you for sure if I actually had my folder with me to compare)

Yes, when you're done downloading the full client, downgrade as shown here.
And don't forget to replace with the correct item.pak as shown here.
