2.0 mobs and their extended time it takes to kill.

    Hello everyone.

    I just had a question about 2.0 mobs, and if they are intended to be as they are? A while ago they were level 3, at least many mobs, you could kill quick, get nice loot, etc. Recently, I notice most mob levels have been adjusted accordingly to level. By the time anyone reaches Balaurea, they don't really need xp any longer, so it's pretty much farming I would assume.

    My comment is that the effort in which to kill these mobs, seems significantly higher than pre 2.0 mobs, and even more time consuming than retail. Is it intended this way?

    For instance, a lvl 50 verse 48-50 pre 2.0 mob dies in a few seconds. 2.0 mobs typically die in 15 to 40 seconds or more, and this is at level 55, and these mobs are anywhere from level 50-53 or so. On some jobs it's almost like fighting elites on retail. :)

    Don't get me wrong, these are not hard kills, simply time consuming to a degree which does not seem normal. For the sake of farming, to earn the more desired manastones or equip drops to extract into stones, is this as intended, or would their be a readjustment later down the road?

    I think they are meant to be a little harder to kill or to take longer to kill them. This is what I think, I think that they take longer to kill because it's meant to be group orientated o-o not for soloing purposes I'm not really sure how it works on retail.... It's been ages since I was on retail... Anyways this is what I think but for all I know it may not be intended for it to work the way I explained it o-o;

    Ummm sorc takes 5s to kill lvl50 mob. Glad and 2h temp preety much the same.
