2.5 errors

My friend needed help so he said he had this problem
Error Code: 58(FileGroupApplicationErrorRollbackNotAttempted):
Errors occurred while applying the patch,
and a rollback was not attempted.
The product is likely in an inconsistent state and should berepaired or reinstalled.
The patch application errors are as follows:
Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005(E_ACCESSDENIED))
and he repaired it and it still doesnt work so can u guys help me out

 

try to :repair: if doesnt work u need to reinstal game problem solution is probably item pack wich u have or u were playing other aion P server
