I did some self troubleshooting so a lot of the info below is unnecessary but I will give it as per the forum admins requested.

    Operating System: Windows 7 Sp1 64Bit

Error in screenshot: imgur: the simple image sharer

Steps you took to get the message: I Launched Aion as I usually do using, it loads up, I am able to login and go to character selection screen. I select my Gunner and then Windows says it needs to close, as per the screenshot I posted above.

Things you tried to fix it:
I don't think this is applicable to me. The game runs fine for all characters except my Gunner and Sorc. I was in fact playing on the Songweaver on the same account for an hour today. I've UAC turned off.
I sent a unstuck request for both my characters from Gamezaion website.

If a GM could at least be assigned just to deal with all the game unstuck issues that get requested probably; may be more after the 4.0 release, that would be great. I see user's waiting for weeks for a resolution and posting on the forum. I'm sure some of these people donated a lot of money like I did and expected a reliable service; some would argue that they should be playing retail if that's the case. I do believe you guys will withhold good standard of service; its just bad timing, the new patch and all this other randomness must be really inconvenient. Any help with this would be sincerely appreciated!

Thanks again for doing something your're not obligated to do!
