20%+ for luncher only???

So, it is all because of a private server now eh? High-end PC or not, there must be something wrong with your system. Others do have a stable 20 - 30% CPU usage. BTW, try to do some tweaks on both hardware and software.

And check the previous settings changes on your PC. Those might be affecting your current system function. It is weird knowing that the game crashes and eats the whole bunch of your processors capability.

You have to be sensible about it. And please refrain being irate with the comments. This is a community after all.
