200% daily exp buff gone , bug or working as intended ?

    Returned just a couple of days ago and I noticed the 200% daily buff ( 200% for 1 hr or 100% for 2 hrs ) is gone.
    Was this an intended choice or is it just a bug ?

    Also, family funds haven't been working in the same way as retail ones do as well for years , is that also intended or still a bug ?
