4.0 Templar skills?

I don't know where should i put this 4.0 skills in my bar since there's no available i will just pick 3 new skills.

Lv65 Judgment Strike, CD 1min
Inflict 1151-1155 Damage upon a target


Lv62 (Hand of Regeneration?)(CD 1.5min)
Consume your 1500HP to Heal the Target 3000. = it means you can heal yourself there's no specific information about the target.

Lv10 (Focus Capture?) Same Pull as Doom Lure, Shares CD with DOom lure, Cost 400 DP, CD 1mins(Junk Skill, FK NC)
