4.8 Release Schedule

Given that the chargable stigmas are from instances, getting them will be pretty damn hard and slow. Getting them to +10 makes SOME difference on certain skills but otherwise they're just not worth doing the same instance for an entire year just to get a 6 second reduction on a 1min cd skill or -50 mana on something that costs 1k to use.

On the bright side, amplification is kinda easy since you can run adma/theo labs 10x per day/char and the omega stones drop from all mobs in gelk/ing...maybe the new zones as well. Would have been a bit easier to have 6 possible zones to farm them but..

 

If siel is going to stay the same with all stigmas only some skills will be removed and some skills will be modified.
For example: (Know only to gladiator-this is what i play on official)
-Draining sword is not part of a chain anymore
-sure strike/severe precision cut have no cast time and Sure strike has only 30 sec CD while Severe Precision cut 1min30sec CD
-UD and some other skills will not be Stigmas anymore;
-some skills got fused like Aion's Strenght and Slaughter are now combined into Slaughter(15% more att all time and added 10% to PvP att)
-No more stigma shards

My guess is that Siel will still have all stigmas, because now you can have max. 6 normal stigmas(because now are less stigma skills) and i think one extra as "charged" (idk what's that yet).
So i guess Siel will still have all stigmas so you can get all skills

well the stigma update reffers to some stigma skills becoming normal skills, maximum stigmas going to 6 and you won't need anymore stigma shards to equip stigmas. that's all.

I asked if Siel is going stigma, that's it. I've read patch notes and shit and I don't really need anyone else to explain me that. All I want is simple yes or no from staff member who actually knows something about Gamez update and can tell me if Siel is going stigma or not. Unless it's some kind of big secret rofl.

And btw. @Puddles can you remove or change that announcement about 4.8? Over two weeks is not "almost there" and it's quite annoying to see that /alert message from time to time.

No, I am not going to change and or remove an announcement that was not placed by myself, and or requested to be placed there by one of our Admins.
As for the Stigma issue. Currently there are no plans to make Siel a stigma based server, however it may or may not change. Really depends on discussion and testing that is going on currently. Yes, the stigma overhaul is a large change to the game. There would be positives and negatives to use it on Siel. While, there are options available to us for this, we have to take and look at them. Hence the two week or so time frame that was given. We've been off and on testing things for the past two weeks as well or so.

Many of the players here are concerned about what will happen with this new system, and all I can say is that we aren't sure what we are doing yet and are exploring the many options that there are. I can understand the questions, as they all make sense.
