499 crafting skill

    tried to reach my crafting skills to 500 but the best i could do is to make it up to 499, i've tried to click on the npc to learn crafting for 500 but it doesnt respond..so how do you make your crafting skills to 500? is the npc bugged?

    you need 1 bil to upgrade from 499-500

    If it still wont let you then it might be bugged, I know personally I cannot upgrade past 449.
