it would be, there's a new transformation system which could give you the amount of buffs which includes max atk speed..
take this kaisinel transformation which gives you:
Level1: 30% movement speed only
Level2: 30% movement, 9% atk or cast speed (equal to current scrolls)
Level3: 40% movement, 20% atk and/or cast speed
Level4: 60% movement, 35% atk and/or cast speed
Level5: 100% movement, 60% atk and 45% cast speed and some other major boosts...\
see that better get the transformation and use new wings for maximization of stats..

or if the admins will choose to not activate transformation system then WOC 2 will still be as valuable as the current patch though I doubt that they would do it..

 

I add...weapons and gloves attack/cast speed stats are like random bonuses. It's not 100% sure you have attack/cast speed stat on X weapon or gloves, but you can change those random bonuses stats anyway. All in all, that's right new items have much better stats.

 

there's no attack/cast on hands anymore, nor running on boots. as about all in all, first you need to buy the items, then you have to buy Manastones, so all in all, lots of credits only for one item. and since you can't sell anything for credits, rip items.

 

As optional stats, you can put running speed on boots (as ultimate)...about gloves there are old purified ones which can help. Depends mostly about the transformations their cost and rate to make better ones, or maybe we will have them all already setted, who knows. About manastones...you need to unlock the slots as well, so ye...0 news, pointless dreaming.
Edited=P.S: Not counting there are lots of buffs (almost every class) which give running/cast/attack speed stats too, so keep chilling.

I just wonder how much $$ ppl will use just for a full gear with his desired stats and manastones couple with transformation.. even I can't imagine how much it would be..
