    You can loot it in Kaldor ;) Look for Kroban boxes or Monsters that spawn everywhere in kaldor ;)

    The big fat boar monster in kaldor Furious Belgsagos, and the chest meantioned by @Janhz, Kroban's Treasure Chest, loot the bundle they drops which is the Linkgate Foundry Bundle which give different kinds of manastone from Ancient to Archdaeva Manastones +1 to +9.
    Furious Belsagos = 1x - 2x Linkgate Foundry Bundle
    Kroban's Treasure Chest = 2x-5x Linkgate Foundry Bundle
