Heres a quick overview of the 'Welfare Gear' in BDO currently.

Mansha Forest: Loure's Lost Helmet, Treant Spirit's Echo Ring [x2]
Treant Forest: Loure's Lost Armor, Treant Spirit's Echo Necklace
Catfishman Camp: Loure's Lost Shoes, Treant Spirit's Echo Earring [x2]
Rhutum Outstation: Loure's Lost Gloves, Treant Spirit's Echo Belt

Calpheon City, Kanobas, Level 45 or Higher, 50 Contribution Points or Higher
Kaia Weapon

--- PRI LEVEL / TIER 2 ---

You'll want to accomplish the Main Storyline and its affiliate Exchange Quests by now to get access to the Roaring Magical Armor, and Roaring Magical Sub-Weapon which completes the Mediah Set. Work towards these items in these regions:

Abandoned Iron Mine: Asula's Crimson Eye Necklace, Beia's Black Magic Gloves
Helm's Post: Asula's Crimson Eye Earring [x2], Asula's Crimson Eye Ring [x2], Mediah Merchants Union Helm
Elric Shrine: Asula's Crimson Eye Belt, Derek's Light Leather Shoes

You can also complete their respective quest lines for each piece of gear.

Derek's Light Leather Shoes
[Lv53] The Tragic End of Mercenaries

Mediah Merchants Union Helm
[Lv54] Mediah Merchants Union Support
Unobtainable due to a bug through this method.

Beia's Black Magic Gloves
[Lv54] The Five Rings of Illezra
Unobtainable due to a bug through this method.

You will need to complete the questline: King of the Arena, for access to the Black Abyssal Main-Hand, a PRI-level weapon.

With the accumulated Black Stones, and gold, plus drops, along with being Level 56, and hopefully awakened. You should have enough income to either get a Green, or Blue Awakening to +15, or maybe even PRI; Accomplishing the whole PRI level set.

 

Very useful, something I would add on to improve would be a map with where "x" mob is etc...

Are these two quest possible to complete?.. the former requires to buy a trade item which is disabled in the server and the latter requires to sell an Imperial Alchemy Item which is also disabled or i missed something??

 

If they are, i'll mark them out. You can still grind them out normally. Along with the Asula's pieces.

You forget how hard it is to start from scratch that this guide was a godsend.

 

The pri level armors(mediah,derek,beia) wont drop for me. Is the fact that im lvl 49 affect that or is it me being unlucky.

I've had no luck on the shoes and gloves, but the helmet dropped for me. I'm still trying to grind them out. Thanks for the useful guide, Maai!
