A Dangerous Crop quest messed up

I've tried to follow the quests and of course I got to level 24 very rapidly.

However, in Moslan forest, I've encountered a problem with a quest.

A Dangerous Crop quest looks broken. In the second part of the quest where you burn 3 carts, I burned the same cart 3 times. Now I have 3/3 carts burned, but the quest is stuck. I can't burn more carts, but the quest is unsatisfied, and the NPC will not talk to me. Quest looks bugged. I suggest you be careful and not burn the same cart more than once. Continue over the hill and you will find more carts. Maybe that will work. According to a popular Wikia on the subject, there are at least two more parts to the quest that will not come up due to it being stuck.

Not sure if there is a way to fix this for me. It doesn't look like I can trash the quest and start over.
