Okay.. Since there are two EAC type (EACaptain and EACommander) items.. Which one of them has the Conditioning Effect? o_O

Can they be conditioned to L2? (If yes, Is it true you pay AP for Augmentation?)

Does the conditioning stay even if you don't have item.pak?

    Thanks in Advance. ^^

The items in the shop with names varying between Captain and Commander are the same type of item - the same set, NCSoft just has unusual naming conventions.

Augmentation items however are currently not available, their implementation was likely to cause some confusion with augmenting so we've decided to avoid that for the time being. The overall stat difference isn't too major between the two sets anyway although both have substantial advantages over ABG. A lot of the L60 gear has similar names btw so it gets quite labyrinthine...

If augment gear was available though yes the effects would stay (while the augment lasted anyway) regardless of which item.pak you were using. If you were using an item.pak that wasn't 3.0 though while having 3.0 gear equipped you're likely to run into some nasty client issues at some point or another. I wouldn't recommend it.
