    Description: After clicking Start game then wait for a sec/minutes there's a sendlog appear

    - Restart PC
    -Clean
    -Scaning

    Check and clean this folder

    Aion\Data\USA\Items

    Try to launch the game again, if that worked, the problem was the Items.pak, feel free to download the other version (Compressed/Loose files) from this thread
