i would like to suggest that putting some PIN or a secret pass CAN BE NUMBER to secure every character before logging in to the server...

as what ive observed some Online game have this PIN aside from password before you can go online to server ...

You don't need "more safety", stop playing in cafes and giving your information to "friends"

i also want that. most modern games has this security. that's why i seldom play in a cafe though it is more fun to play there than playing alone at home; im afraid of being keylogged or my password will be stolen.

It's a good idea, it's like on retail, before you try to log-in on your toons, it ask you for a PIN, but as @insanitybg said, people barely remember their username lol

only those who have poor memory choose to refuse this. they are pathetic. unless if a security pin requires a minimum of 20 number. it'll be insane.

Much better if they rollback the server when people got hacked and request for it. :)

Yeah sure waste 40minutes in DLR, finally get the mythic drop you want and they rollback the server because some retard can't think of a real password...

I guess this wouldn't be a bad idea after all. I mean then maybe there's less change your account will be hacked. I played Aion on the official a while ago and there the PIN was also enabled for each char.. But like someone said here before.. Some people can't even remember their password :s then how are they ever going to remember their PIN? 'Cause you can't type the numbers of your PIN. You have to click them. And they change position each time you log in. So if some smartass thinks: owh I'll make it 1111-2222, he clicks only the first row, then he might get a little problem next time he logs in since the numbers are now on the first & 3rd row. Lol
