A problem with Adventure Journals

Hi all, I have a curious situation with adventure journals (Rulupee's and Bartali's). By description there should be a button for a journal shelf in the ESC menu, but I have none.
- I have "Rulupee's Travel Log" in inventory, but cannot interact with in in any way. I can accept and do quests from Rulupee in Heidel Inn (running around the map for sightseeing spots).
- I have completed the Calpheon main questline and completed "Looking for Adventurers" and "Adventure Log: Traces of a Great Adventurer" quests. I got "Bartali's Adventure Log Chapter One" in inventory, I can interact with it and see the quests inside, I completed Chapter One and received the second book from the Black Spirit. But I still do not have the button in ESC menu (it should be in the bottom right corner). There should be a separate Rulupee's challenge to complete a megaton of quests - I do not have this either. Am I missing something? Or the magic button isn't implemented on this server?
- And to spare a separate thread: I have an unclaimable reward (Faster and Stronger) that is stuck in the rewards list, but it is for lvl 15-56 and all my chars are lvl 57 and above. Will it sit there forever?

I don't have this in the menu either. Searching through discord, it seems that tons of ppl. claim the same thing. I guess this is not implemented indeed, but some clarification would be much appreciated.

 

In this version we not have Esc menu journals, only manually book item obtained from black spirit, soon we will have Shai patch it will have Esc - Books so u will have access to it.
